Stuart has over 20 years of consulting and testifying experience in complex financial litigation, with highly relevant experience taken from major cases the firm has been involved in from Europe, North America and Asia. Previously he held senior investment banking positions.

Stuart is a consulting and testifying FX expert, who has seen court time in FX-related cases. An extensive professional career stretching over 15 years at a number of Global Banks including JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, BOA Merrill Lynch and BarCap. He brings deep and varied experience on banking practices within and throughout the FX banking world. Stuart traded FX spot and FX forwards in both a market making and proprietary capacity and as such has a wealth of insight into market behaviours of both FX traders and FX sales people. His understanding of market behaviour, language and practices means that his experience is highly relevant to many areas within FX related litigation. His experience in regulatory scrutiny matters is unparalleled. Stuart has a BA in philosophy from Exeter University.
